Afterpay makes it easy to buy things on credit, however, if you’re looking to contact Afterpay, you may be a little confused. Despite having customer service numbers online, you can no longer speak to a representative over the phone. Instead, you can contact their help center via online forms, email, or even through social media.

  • Afterpay no longer has a working phone number for customers. To contact them, fill out a form on their website or email them at info@afterpay.com.
  • Merchants can still contact Afterpay at their merchant number, 484-772-2736.
