When you reate a new account , you automatically create a main profile page.
    • If you are already logged into another Facebook account, you will need to log out first. To do so, tap your profile icon in the upper-right or lower-right corner. Scroll to the bottom and tap Log out . Alternatively, Facebook now allows you to add additional profiles to your main account .

    Enter your personal information. The first few pages of the Facebook sign in process ask you to enter information about yourself. First you'll be asked to enter your first and last name, then your birthdate, and your gender. Enter the correct information and tap Next on each page.

    • If you select "Custom" as your gender, you can select "They" or enter your pronoun or choose not to answer.

    Enter your phone number or email address and tap Next . Enter a valid phone number. Preferably the one for the phone you are using to sign up. If you would rather sign up with an email address instead, tap Sign up with email and then enter a valid email address. Tap Next when you are done.

    • Notifications: Notifications can inform you when you get friend requests, replies, likes, and more. To turn on Notifications, tap Turn on notifications . If you don't want to receive notifications, tap Skip .

    Go to https://www.facebook.com/ in web browser and click Create new account . You can use any web browser on PC or Mac. Click Create new account . It's the green button on the right-hand side. When you create a new account , you automatically create a personal Facebook profile.

    I downloaded Facebook, but I want to use my old one. How do I do that?

    If there is no account saved in that device and you want to open your account in that device, you have to Sign In (the old account) in that device. If you already have an account in that device, you have to Sign Out from that device and Sign In your old account in that device. If you have downloaded another Facebook app and you want to use your old app, you may have to uninstall the new app.
