Want to defeat all bosses in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption? It can be difficult to figure out the patterns by yourself, but luckily there's help out there!

Part 1
Part 1 of 13:

Defeating Berserker Lord

  1. These are its only weak points for now and must be hit to move on to the next phase, as other parts of its body are immune to all conventional weaponry.
    • Jump if it shoots out a focused laser beam.
    • Sidestep left and right if it uses melee attacks
    • Move away if it squirts out phazon at you, and jump twice to hop over its shock wave.

  2. Shoot them multiple times to hit them back to the boss itself. This will deal significant damage on it, and will then break its armor and reveal its true weak spot to you.
  3. With its head exposed without its armor, you can now defeat him. Keep shooting its head while dodging all of its attacks. Make sure to take advantage of those purple orbs it shoots out to you if it does.

Part 2
Part 2 of 13:

Defeating Meta-Ridley

  1. This is the only weak point it currently has as its body is protected by cybernetic and extremely strong genes. Take notice of the countdown meter, as if it reaches near 1000 and you are still fighting it, you will eventually die and get a game over for reaching the bottom.
    • Dodge while free falling if he shoots out fire or a laser beam.
  2. Wait for him to grab you tight with his hand and shoot him. Not only will this disable his attacks, but you will also prevent so much damage from being dealt.
  3. Simply repeat steps 1 and 2 to proceed to the next phase of the battle.
  4. Repeat step 3 to proceed to the next and final phase of the battle.
  5. Do this when falling above him.

Part 3
Part 3 of 13:

Defeating Rundas (Bounty Hunter)

  1. Poor Rundas has been corrupted by the overload of Phazon within his body and is now forced to fight you in a death battle. He will begin by summoning large icebergs to cover the arena and prevent you from shooting him easily. Then, Rundas will fly around with his ice powers; simply shoot him while lock-on targeting him.
  2. After flying around for a bit, Rundas will get tired and stand on the icebergs. He will shoot ice to freeze you, throw three giant snow balls to hurt you, and will hop around from pillar to pillar. Shoot the three balls when they appear to replenish your health and ammo and sidestep to avoid his freezing ice.
  3. Go near Rundas and use your grappling beam to rip off the mask protecting his head. Rundas' head is his weak point and allows you to damage Rundas.
  4. Rundas will run away from you, hide between ice bergs, and also shoot freezing ice at you to freeze you. Catch up to him, hide between the pillars to avoid his attacks, and shoot him when you can to deal damage on him.
  5. This will allow you to deal extra damage to Rundas. But if not, repeat steps 1-4 again and again until Rundas changes tactics.
  6. He will shoot homing icicle sticks when flying, so try to run around the arena when shooting him. He will also create new ice bergs to block your path when he is running. Finally, Rundas will spin and throw a large iceberg at you; simply shoot him or the ice itself and sidestep 180.
  7. Just keep in mind step 5 can deal more damage on Rundas, and step 6 should be taken into account to save up on your health.
  8. Rundas will become very angry when you deplete most of his health. He will now activate his own Hyper-Mode to defeat you. Either wait for his Hyper Mode to wear off before repeating steps 1-4, or use your own Hyper-Mode and repeatedly shoot him to his doom.

Part 4
Part 4 of 13:

Defeating Korakk Beast

  1. Take down the Space Pirate that is currently riding and controlling it. Once it's taken down, it's time to focus on the boss itself.
  2. Trick it into sticking its tongue out, and at a safe distance, keep shooting it to stun it. Once it's stunned, revealed by the shining light surrounding his head, you can now attack it.
  3. Drop three bombs and make sure they connect in rhythm and time to successfully deal damage and stun it momentarily. This is when it will reveal its crotch as its weak spot.
  4. Once that's taken care of, then keep shooting its crotch to deal heavy damage to it until it regenerates its armor and gets angry.
  5. You can use Hyper-Mode to make this battle extremely short and easy if you want when it has its crotch open.

Part 5
Part 5 of 13:

Defeating Mogenar

  1. Basically, you have to destroy its red orbs to deal damage to it. Simply shoot at it until it glows white and the boss screams in pain. However, the orbs will switch positions constantly; luckily, green arrows tell you where it goes when it does.
  2. Run over or roll under in Morph Ball mode to reach it. The boss will frequently use magic to summon green hands to grab red orbs growing out of plants in the arena to replenish its health, so be careful by shooting down the red orbs when the boss does this (a lot).
  3. If it shoots a laser at you, then you can surprisingly shoot an Ice Missile in its face to stun it and attack. If it uses melee attacks, stay very far away to avoid damage. And if it uses a jumping shock wave attack, simply jump over it twice to stay alive.
  4. Notice the white shining spots replacing the red orbs? Now you can overload it with Phazon by transforming into Hyper Mode and using charged Phazon shots to overload and deal damage to the creature.
  5. Go to its feet and plant three bombs for each foot in Morph Ball mode. The boss will use a charging attack and shockwaves while in this phase.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the next remaining orbs. If you are low on health and ammo, then the boss will sometimes use magic to make green hands follow you; destroy them to replenish yourself. Take notice of your energy tanks as you may die from using too much Phazon.

Part 6
Part 6 of 13:

Defeating Defense Drone

  1. While doing so, be sure to dodge its attacks, which include: shock-wave jumps, homing missiles, and fiery projectiles.
  2. Quickly go up to it and use the Grappling Beam to rip open the armor plating to reveal its main weak-point and proceed to shooting it.
  3. Shoot them to destroy them and replenish health/ammo. Keep repeating this until the robot re-grows its antennas and flies back to the lower ground.
  4. Repeat steps 1-2 to move on to the next phase. Keep in mind that it will use its attacks more frequently each time it is damaged a lot, as well as growing taller (making it harder to hit the antennas). It will also start to shoot fire at you, which you can dodge or destroy with ice missiles if they follow you.
  5. Keep in mind that it will vomit out much more balls of goo at a higher frequency and speed, so watch out for them.
  6. Just as you come near the end of the battle, the arena's fans will suddenly malfunction and foggy smoke will fill the room. Not only is it much harder to see and attack the boss, but the boss itself will now quickly regenerate its antennas and armor faster than before.
  7. Just be more wary of your surroundings as everything is completely foggy. If the battle is proving too difficult, now is the time to use Hyper Mode to quickly take it out with little to no risk.

Part 7
Part 7 of 13:

Defeating Ghor (Bounty Hunter)

  1. As soon as Ghor's robot mech runs to attack, it will slip and crash into the wall, temporarily disabling its shield. This is when you can attack it while Ghor is stunned.
  2. Turn into Morph Ball mode and drop three bombs under the robot's crotch to attack and stun Ghor.
  3. When he regains control of the robot, repeat the previous step and this step to proceed to the next phase.
  4. Depleting him to near and certain death, Ghor will activate his own Hyper-Mode to defeat you as well as using a new spinning attack that he will use while ramming into you, doing high amounts of damage. Use your own Hyper-Mode to take him out, dodge his attacks, and defeat him to see Dark Samus eat up his soul.

Part 8
Part 8 of 13:

Defeating Helios

  1. A robot will appear and summon a swarm of much smaller robots at its aid. Unlike other bosses, this boss cannot be hurt in any of its phases except for the last, so shoot at it as much as you can to stun it to proceed to its last and most vulnerable phase.
    • Before starting to attack in its phases, Helios will just be floating with its robots, allowing you to momentarily have a free-bee and shoot at Helios constantly to stun it.
  2. Keep in mind that it will be much more difficult to stun him as the attacks are now much faster and stronger.
  3. Activate Hyper-Mode, and overload its core with Phazon until you defeat Helios for good.

Part 9
Part 9 of 13:

Defeating Gandrayda (Bountry Hunter)

  1. If she gets too close, she will grab on and try to steal energy from you. Shake the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to shake her off your body when she does.
    • Dealing some damage will prompt her to enter the next phase. Gandrayda will transform from a Berserker Lord, to a typical flying enemy, to even Rundas and Ghor. Defeat her like you would to those enemies. The outer walls will open to reveal acid rain as well.
  2. Activate it and shoot her until she disappears or the screen will become static. Shoot her like you did in the first phase and keep moving around to avoid being grabbed on to.
  3. Wait for her to leave Hyper Mode before attacking or enter Hyper Mode yourself to finish her quickly, though the latter option is preferred. Blast the Phazon away to kill the traitor.

Part 10
Part 10 of 13:

Defeating Metroid Hatcher

  1. It will get angry and start to tackle you. When it attacks, it usually does a spinning attack with its tentacles or rams into you with its head. Dodge it to avoid its attacks.
  2. It will turn yellow when done correctly. All of its tentacles should come out when also done correctly.
  3. Either way, the battle will still continue for awhile. The former option is the most effective and easiest, while the latter option forces you to repeat the previous steps three more times.
  4. Be sure to not stall the battle or fail to rip off its tentacle when you have the chance or the Metroid Hatcher will hatch Metroids to chase after you which becomes annoying.

Part 11
Part 11 of 13:

Defeating Omega Ridley

  1. Once stunned, his metal chest plate will glow, indicating that it can be used by the grapple beam. Pull the plate towards you away from the screen with the grapple beam to reveal his weak point.
  2. Now that his weak spot is revealed, blast away as much Phazon and as fast as you can before the chest plate regenerates and covers it up again. Charge up the Hyper Beam for best results.
  3. In the second phase, you must use the x-ray visor and Hyper-Mode simultaneously to attack his weak point.
  4. Ridley uses a variety of new attacks that must be avoided or countered to stun him. He'll either charge up a long, concentrated beam of plasma breath; swing his spiky tail at you; or charge up two balls of energy that must be shot in both hands to stun him.
  5. You can now attack Ridley again with his weak points. Note that you have to hit the red areas or you can't attack him.
    • The weak points will become smaller and disappear as the battle progresses. When the chest plate goes away, Ridley will change tactics by immediately flying up and around the seed by using the giant tunnels in the background to confuse you.
  6. When you find Ridley coming out, immediately activate Hyper-Mode and shoot at him to make him fly down. You can also use your radar to make things easier.
  7. If you failed, you must do the previous and current step again until you succeed.
  8. Activate Hyper-Mode and blast at his weak spot until his remaining health is depleted, killing him.

Part 12
Part 12 of 13:

Defeating Dark Samus

  1. Charged-up beams and missiles are preferred.
  2. Her attacks include crystallized Phazon (similar to Rundas' ice glaciers); amplified laser beam copied from Ghor; and simple Phazon shots.
  3. When that happens, you must constantly shoot at her as she is regenerating her health. This will be used often as the battle progresses to delay the time it takes to defeat her.
  4. They may be clones, but only the real one can take damage. Turn on your x-ray visor to reveal who the real culprit is and shoot at it.
  5. Repeat the previous steps and strategies to beating Dark Samus, all the while switching visors as Dark Samus will also mess with them to prevent you from hurting the real copy.
  6. Or so you though because...

Part 13
Part 13 of 13:

Defeating Aurora Unit 313

  1. Do this well before starting your fight and saving.
  2. This stuns her. You must shoot them or else it cannot be stunned and the battle will not proceed further.
    • It will then unleash two to three ghosts of Dark Samus to distract you. These attempt to delay the battle and prevent Aurora Unit 313 from revealing its tentacles.
  3. Once this happens, quickly run, side-strafe, or roll (into Morph Ball mode) to the head. Take out your Grapple Beam and rip out the front exterior of its head to reveal its weak point.
  4. Aurora Unit 313 will also shoot a giant laser beam that must be dodged by side-strafing a full 180 degrees or major damage will be dealt.
  5. Charged beam shots and using Hyper-Missiles is highly recommended. From here, repeat steps 2-4 again to deplete the remainder of its health to enter the next and last phase.
