Avantoe has five uses in RuneScape: compost (which isn't recommended), super energy potions, fishing potions, hunter potions, and extreme attack potions.
Steps

Acquire a level 50 farming.

Travel to one of the herb patches.
- South of Falador
- North of Catherby
- North of East Ardougue
- Between Port Phasmatys and Canifis
- Trollheim (the only disease-free patch, available after the completion of the "My Arm's Big Adventure" quest)

Rake the patch. Allow your character to rake all the weeds out of the patch.

Add supercompost to the patch. Supercompost achieves a higher successful yield and helps the item from plant disease.

Plant 1 avantoe seed. Use the seed from your inventory on the treated patch.

Harvest the herbs after 80 minutes of planting.Advertisement

- All herbs cannot be watched by farmers nor watered during its growth, so absolutely make sure to treat the patch with supercompost prior to planting or use the Fertile Spell for the best results.Thanks
