Having a lack of self-confidence can be challenging, but if you reframe your thoughts and use confident body language, you can start to see an improvement. Whatever you’re doing, tell yourself that you’re going to do the best you can and be awesome. Sometimes, just telling yourself positive things can help to build your confidence.
