  • Question
Can a payment be made on the service-end date without interruption of service?
    Community Answer
The payment is supposed to have reached the service place on or before the due date.
  • Question
How can I get a lower payment than 45 dollars a month?
    Community Answer
Pay a certain amount early and earn the status of an early payer. It should lower your monthly bill. If you call and complain about the service/cost and threaten to take your business elsewhere, they may also lower your bill, but it's not a certainty.
  • Question
I get my check 2 days after my due date. Can I get my phone reactivated then? Will all my stuff still be on my phone? Can I still text meanwhile?
    Community Answer
You can but don't wait too long or you'll lose your number. Maybe three days maximum, then you may have to start a new account and get a different number because your number will be lost for good.
