Blanch the Maggi 2-minute noodles Kari in a pot. After the Maggi noodles are soft, strain them and set them aside.

Crack the egg into the wok.

Add in the chili sauce, tomato ketchup and dark soy sauce.

Add in the prawns (prawns should take about 3 to 4 minutes to cook).

Add in the blanched noodles, along with the Maggi curry seasoning.

Add mustard greens, tomatoes and bean curd.

Stir this mix well.

Add in the flavouring that you want, maybe a pinch of salt or any readily made paste of the fried Maggi noodles. Give the noodles a good stir until everything is well mixed.

Cook bits of eggs, both whites and yolk, and add to the noodle mixture.
