- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 small shallot, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 3 stalks Brussels sprouts
- Pinch of salt and paper
- Dash of lemon juice
- 1-2 eggs

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly under warm water to get rid of dirt. Dry them with a moist napkin. Peel the mushrooms instead of washing them if you prefer. Some say washing mushrooms makes them slimy.
