I have transferred my old number to a new phone. How do I activate the new phone? Also, if I had a $45 balance on the old phone can I transfer that to the new one?

Turn your phone off then on again and try to make a call, if the call fails to go through then wait and try again. The transfer can take awhile, anywhere from a few hours up to 2 business days. Your balance will transfer automatically along with it as it is tied to your account, not to your phone specifically.
