How do I enter my business name?

On Google Maps, right-click on your business's location and click "Add a Missing Place." A dialog box will appear on the side of the screen. Click "Claim this Business." Add your information in the dialog boxes. The first thing Google will ask you is your business name. All of the other information will simply help customers.

To remove the old business and list your new one: On Google My Business, mark the old business as "permanently closed" and add your new business by entering your details and verifying your location. On Yelp, claim the old business, mark it as closed, and create a new profile for your business. For other directories, update or remove the old listing and add your new business info. If needed, contact customer support for help with reviews and updates. Make sure your details are updated everywhere!
