How can I upload a photo to Google?

You cannot upload a photo or anything else directly to Google. Google just searches and shows content from other websites, ordered by relevance and popularity. If you upload a photo to a website, and label it (or use relevant terms on the page the photo is on), then it can show up in a Google search for a term related to the photo. However, if there are already many photos online for that search term (as there are for most), then your photo will probably be very, very far down in the results.
