Many times when you're sending or replying to an email, your signature won't show up in the preview that you're writing. If the receiver doesn't see the signature, make sure you have the signature selected in "Settings > See all Settings > General tab > Signature."

Can I get my signature to appear after every email sent, whether a reply or new email?

Yes! Log in to your Gmail account and click on the gear in the upper right-hand corner. There will be a drop down menu. Select "Settings". Make sure you are on the "General" tab. Scroll down and you will see "Signature". To the right of it will be the option "No signature," or select the text box and type in the signature you'd like. You can format it there also. After you are done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes". If you don't, it will not save your signature.
