If you are already feeling pain in your knees, consider getting a light brace to secure them a bit more while keeping your flexibility intact.

Don't worry about everybody else, pay attention to yourself. You will get stressed out and might even lose motivation.

    Eating healthy and stretching are both great ways to maintain energy. Try getting more rest but make sure not to get too much rest. Try getting around 8-9 hours of sleep as that is recommended for your age.
