You don't ever change races. If you meant how to get out of beast form, then just wait for the timer to run out. Don't eat any corpses (this elongates time spent in beast form). But if you mean you want to cure lycanthropy, then go here . Keep in mind you can change your mind and become a werewolf again after being cured, but you can only become a werewolf again one time.
