You can use an electric fan if you have a power outlet. If not, then you can use plant potted plants in the underground shelter, since trees produce oxygen, which humans can breathe as air. But if you are doing this, make sure you have a 15 gallon water supply, since watering a plant 1/4 cups of water each 2 days, the water supply will last about 120 days and that will probably be enough.
