If there are 35 questions, how much will be subtracted for each question?

You can easily calculate this using percents. 100 / 35 = 2.86. About 2.86% will be taken off for each missed question. To calculate another number, just divide 100 by the number of questions. If you want to know how many problems you need to get correct to pass, divide that percentage by the percentage taken off. Then subtract that new number from the number of questions.
