Is there any other way to trigger the Arceus event without it being planned by Gamefreak?

Only in Pokemon Pearl and Pokemon Diamond (Platinum not included), there is a semi-complicated method to obtain Arceus through glitching outside of the map. Note that this method requires very precise movements and has a chance to corrupt your game: Search: Void glitch : How to catch Arceus infinitely Retire on YouTube. Note: Trading Arceus up from Diamond and Pearl after using this method is something that is also complicated because there are restrictions placed on Arceus that prevent people from cheating and exploiting, in order to get it one in the newer games. I suggest you look into that in case you decide not to waste your time on something you might end up not wanting to finish later.
