How can I merge my old and new business accounts?

In your new business Gmail account, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of Gmail, then click "Settings." If you then click the "Accounts and Import" tab, you can input your old company's information in the "Check mail from other accounts" section. From here, you can put in the e-mail address and password for your old business, and mail from it will feed into your new business account. If you have a lot of saved data from the old account, you could repeat the process while logged into you old business account instead, setting it to check mail for your new business account.

How do I recover a Gmail account whose address I don't remember?

Unfortunately it's impossible to recover an account without the address because it acts as an account name. It is possible to discover the address if you have forgotten it. If you can remember any site where you may have made the address public and you remember the username you had in that site you can check there. If the email account ever sent any emails and you remember who you sent them to then you can ask those people to check what email address is shown as the sender. Without the address it is impossible to identify the account that you want to recover, so finding the address is obviously necessary to have that information.
