    SSID is your Wi-Fi name. To update the password, go to Wireless Security and change your SSID (Wi-Fi name). Below that is where you change your password. Do not change anything else in wireless security though, just your password.

    No, because the strike system doesn't give the ISP the authority to have you arrested or fined, it will only matter if you get sued or prosecuted for copyright infringement, and in the US and similar legal systems, the ISP cannot do that.

    Typically, there is a save button at the bottom of the page to press and wait for it to save. You may need to contact your ISP to assist you if the problem persists.
