  • Question
What should I do if another player saw the cards in my lap but kept quiet?
    Artemi
    Top Answerer
I would be quiet too and hope that they will not say anything. If they confront you after the game, be honest and tell them why you did it. You can possibly get them to cheat with you. They will most likely not tell anyone, but you should not cheat again with the same people if they do not agree with cheating.
  • Question
How can I cheat if I dealt the cards?
    Community Answer
When I dealt the cards, I would put more cards in my opponent's pile and fewer cards in my own. I would also go through the deck before the game, put some good cards on top, and give them to myself.
  • Question
Could my whole class play UNO together?
    Community Answer
Most likely not; a standard UNO deck consists of 108 cards, and a classroom has around 20-30 people on average, so there most likely won't be enough cards to deal to the players. I would buy at least 3 UNO decks if you want to play with that many people.
  • Question
    Why are there colors?
    Magnolia Cherrie Alice
    Community Answer
To make the game more fun to play! If you play, for example, only with red cards, it would be so much easier to win and not nearly as exciting.
  • Question
What are the action cards in UNO?
    Community Answer
Reverse, Draw 4, Draw 2, and the "Skip" card. These are the more powerful cards to keep with you.
  • Question
What cards can I finish on in UNO?
    Community Answer
Anything if more than 2 people are playing, number cards if 2 people are playing.
  • Question
Is it a smart plan for someone to cheat in a game being played with family on game-night?
    Community Answer
Not really, no. Someone might get upset. If you're playing with friends and family, just play the game and have a good time. Who cares who wins?
  • Question
Can I use a wild card when cheating at UNO?
    Community Answer
Yes try to steal their +4s if you try the clumsy trick but it’s a high value card so they are most likely going to notice! Or, if you try hiding a card up your sleeve and somebody notices it, just say “it’s a joke” and pretend it’s a strong card.
  • Question
How can I win a game of UNO against a 20-something year old?
    Community Answer
Pay attention to the cards they play, like if they put a blue card, for example, say it is a number 6 blue card and you have a yellow 6, you can put that down because it is the same number but a different color. If you have a reverse card or skip card, or any powerful card and you can tell they don't have any, then you can use wild cards and choose a color you know they don't have. Also, keep your cards non-visible to the 20-something year old player because if they see the cards you have, they can think of ways to get to UNO faster.
  • Question
What would I do if my UNO cards were all reverse cards?
    Kathryn Lemon
    Community Answer
If all or most of your UNO cards are reverse, all you need to do is wait for someone to play a reverse so that you have an opportunity to play. If you are playing with 2 players, you can easily win the game.
  • Question
What happens if someone forgot to say UNO?
    Community Answer
If someone forgets to say UNO when the player has only one card left and another player catches this, the player has to draw 2 cards. However, if play goes on and nobody catches it, then the game continues.
  • Question
How do you keep your cheating a secret?
    Yes, this is jaeden
    Community Answer
Stack the deck in a private place, and try to avoid the Melon Drop trick unless absolutely necessary. I think the "Behold the Scarabeaus" strategy is your best bet if you have particularly nosy or observant opponents.
  • Question
Why? Why would you do this?
    Community Answer
Some people think it's more important to win than just to have fun. They ignore the fact that cheating makes the game pointless.
