I commend you for taking the time to help others to not experience the same. I would suggest that upon writing, you state each issue factually as the readers will put more faith in your review. You can end stating that you'd "never return" or "strongly suggest taking their business elsewhere". While rating, note the competence of the staff, cleanliness, the taste and the ambiance is also very helpful for others to decide where to and where not to dine. You may also get a good response from the owner.
