How do I round the centimeter height so it does not have a decimal point?

If the decimal portion is less than 0.5, then simply discard it. If it is 0.5 or greater, then add 1cm to the number on the left of the decimal point and discard the decimal. E.g: values like 178.1 to 178.4 have a decimal less than 0.5, so the rounded off value is 178. With a value like 178.5 to 178.9 the rounded off value is 179.
