There are two types of questions for text (open) answers: singe text or paragraph text. Just select those types of questions.

If they are in photograph format, you can add them to question cards as pictures.

You'll need to link an answer to a specific question card. You can do this from the "Go to section based on answer" option in the lower right corner question card menu.

Download the Google Forms app if you can't open a form through the Google Drive app. In any case, if you use your phone for a lot of Google productivity, it's useful to have both apps.

If you click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of your Form page, you'll see a "Print" option. Click this and follow the on-screen steps to deliver your Google Form to your printer!

By clicking on the "view responses" button in the toolbar, you open an auto-generated spreadsheet containing the answers. You can use this sheet as any other spreadsheet (editing, adding, etc.). If you edit your form, columns on the result spreadsheet will automatically be created accordingly.

You'll need to enable the "Show link to submit another response" option from the "Presentation" menu as referenced above. This will allow users to click the "submit another response" option after filling out a survey, which will return them to the beginning of the survey.

In the upper right corner, click "Share." You'll see a link option there which will allow you to copy the link to the form.

You don't need to manually add a submit button; it will automatically appear at the end of the form as a standard feature.

A class sign-up sheet is an ideal use for a Google Form. All the responses will be collected in a shareable spreadsheet.

You can't have a Google Form automatically process payments, but attempting to collect sensitive information like routing or credit card numbers is not advisable without a proper payment system.
