QuestionWhere do I buy colored knobs and strings?TIckley Pickle WiggleCommunity AnswerBoth Amazon and Guitar Center have tuners and strings. Metal strings most likely won't have color (besides their natural brassy color), and acrylic strings aren't the best quality when found in different colors.

QuestionI was thinking of drawing some details on the fret-board itself with an acrylic paint pen. Is there a way to do that and preserve it or is it a bad idea?YesgirlCommunity AnswerDraw in sections between the strings, make sure no paint gets onto the strings, as it will make it sound bad. After that, use some Mod Podge to seal it up so it won't be scratched off easily.

QuestionCan you just use masking tape to cover up bits you don't want to spray?Community AnswerYes, since it's masking tape, it's fairly safe to use on guitars as it won't strip the finish off your guitar when removed. However, test a small piece first, just to be sure and remove very gently when done.

QuestionI have an Ibanez semi-hollow body guitar with flat black paint. There's also an engraving from a computer, very small fine lines - how do I get the pain out of that?Chase OgdenCommunity AnswerYou can try using an Exacto knife to try to scrape it out. This is a method that should be done carefully, seeing as it could mess up the paint on the main surface.

QuestionWhat would you recommend if you wanted the inlay decals to be more permanent?Chase OgdenCommunity AnswerIf you have a steady hand and are good with engravers, you can use the engraver to make a more permanent inlay decal. This has worked for multiple friends who own guitars. I personally would recommend a small handheld one to have a better grip and easier movement.

QuestionHow do you change your straps?KAILYNN 7519911Community AnswerGo to a guitar store, buy a strap that will fit your guitar. If you have pegs on the bottom and the neck of the guitar, there are holes on each end of the strap to put it there. Put one guitar peg in each hole. If your guitar just has one peg on the bottom, get a string and tie it to the top hole of the strap. Then tie the string to the head of the guitar, right above the nut.
