  • Question
Is it natural for my breasts to be big and heavy when I'm only 16? A lot of people comment on how they look.
    Community Answer
Yes, it's completely normal, and unfortunately pretty much every girl/woman with large breasts has to deal with comments about them. Try to just ignore them, or if you feel like you're being sexually harassed, tell an adult.
  • Question
What do I do if people in school make fun of my large breasts?
    Community Answer
Tell them to mind their own business and that you're going to report them to a teacher if they don't stop. Follow up on the threat if you have to. Talking about your breasts could be considered sexual harassment and they could get in a lot of trouble for it.
  • Question
My breasts are big and my bras are very small. I can't wear my sports bras anymore. Should I be wearing a bra like my mom wears?
    Community Answer
Probably, yes. Talk to your mom and tell her that your bras are too small and that you don't want to wear sports bras anymore. Suggest that she take you to Victoria's Secret, or somewhere else you can get a professional bra fitting.
  • Question
What do I do if I am a teen and the people who comment on my boobs are adults? Can I do anything other than tell them to stop?
    Community Answer
You can shame them. If you're in a public place and someone makes a rude comment about your breasts, loudly say something like, "I'm underage and you're making sexual comments about my body, that's very inappropriate!" Usually this will attract the attention of other adults, who may come to your defense. Don't worry about whether or not you're overreacting - trust your gut.
  • Question
How do I deal with getting big breasts if one is noticeably larger than the other?
    Community Answer
They will likely even out, though few people are totally symmetrical. It's not likely that this is noticeable to other people, so don't worry about it for now.
  • Question
How can I stop my breasts from bouncing?
    Community Answer
Wear the correct size bra. And while sports bras are great, a proper fitting underwire bra could do wonders, especially for everyday life rather than sporting activities. Have someone fit you properly; a bra that fits properly is the real solution to prevent bouncing.
  • Question
My cup size is 30H and I am only 14 and I get so many comments and back pain and it has severely effected my abilities to perform actively. What can I do to minimize this?
    Community Answer
Talk to your doctor about the options for alleviating the pain and whether there are any medical treatments that might be appropriate for you.
  • Question
How do I make my chest flatter if I want to be transgender as a female to male?

  • Question
I am only 14 and I have very large breasts. It's almost impossible for me to wear clothes without showing a lot of cleavage. Is it okay to show cleavage often?

It’s completely fine to show as much cleavage as you like; however, if you’re uncomfortable showing cleavage, try shirts that button up, high-neck lined shirts, t-shirts and turtleneck jumpers.
  • Question
Can sagged breasts be lifted naturally? How would that be done?
    Community Answer
Consider doing push-ups and exercises that target your chest muscles, which can lift sagging breasts.
  • Question
I'm 16. I have a large cup size, but a small band size. I can't find any any bras in my size. What should I do?
    Community Answer
There is a subreddit called “abrathatfits” (search reddit for ABraThatFits), you can take extensive measurements (they have a list of measurements needed) and submit a post with all your specific measurements and preferences, and they will be happy to assist you in finding a bra that will fit you. Some specialty lingerie stores may have your size (you can call before you visit to check), but you may need to order one online. When you find out what bra to get based on your measurements and preferences, get a parent or guardian to place the order for you. Let them know that you can’t find bras in your size at the stores, it’s a common problem among those with large breasts.
  • Question
Is 34B a normal cup size for a 15 year old?
    Community Answer
Yes, a B cup size is an average size for both teens and adults.
  • Question
I wear a 30G bra size, and my prom dress shows 3-4 inches of cleavage when I wear it. Is this OK?
    Community Answer
It will not do any harm, but keep in mind that most prom dress codes do not allow a lot of cleavage. If you want to cover your cleavage, you can wear a camisole underneath the dress.
  • Question
What can I do if a boy at school keeps talking with his friends about me having large breasts? I’m only 11 and a size 32B.

If you feel you have the ability, ask him directly to stop making these comments as they're disrespectful and inaccurate. Let him know that you will ask a teacher or other person in charge that he is still saying these things if he doesn't stop because you've got more important things to do than to ask twice. If you don't feel up to talking to him, tell a teacher, counselor or other trusted adult that it is making you feel uncomfortable, so that they can have a talk to the boy about stopping it.
