It depends on how old you are. If you are a legal adult, then you can get a tattoo. Simple. However, if you are underage, talk to them about it in a respectful way. Ask them why they don't agree with it. They will be more likely to listen to you if you listen to their concerns. If they say no adamantly, then just wait, you will be an adult soon enough. I want A labret piecing but I’m not sure it will suit me
    Ella ChanYewPoa
    Community Answer
Consider asking yourself things like will it suit my personality? Or, do I want it to bring more attention to my lips? think about these things if you are unsure and if you still are unsure try using a paper clip and make a labret and try it on. If it is not your thing but you still want a facial piercing, try a nose or eyebrow piercing but make sure to test it before you do something you might regret.
  • Question
If you have a piercing, but you don't like it anymore, if you leave it out for long enough, will it close up?
    Ruby
    Top Answerer
You can. The longer your piercing has been in the less likely it is to close up and is more likely to leave a scar. If your piercing has only been in a short amount of time it will close quicker. If you have only had it in for a short amount of time, you should give it some more thought. Keep in mind that when a piercing has healed, you can change the jewellery.
