Of course not! Aegyo is just the act of acting cute or having innocent charms; it just happens that 'aegyo' is a Korean term. You don't have to learn Korean to do Aegyo, although it may be helpful to know some phrases. (Also, on a side-note: Korean's script - Hangul - is actually very easy to learn; far simpler than some other Asian languages, such as Japanese.)
