Most games you download are in compressed form or. rar format, so installing Winrar will allow you to open it, and as far as I know it can even extract ISO files, so this should be all you need.

I downloaded a game, but the instructions say that I have to "unrar" it and then "burn" or "mount" it, and then click "install". What does "unrar" and "burn/mount" mean?

To un-rar, you need to download an app like Winrar or 7zip, then to burn or mount, you'll need to find a program that'll open an ISO file. The program will most likely have an .exe file. you should then find the install button on the program and let the install do it's thing for however long it'll take. Then, if it is an illegal copy, you might need to copy the crack for the program. open the folder up and copy the contents, then paste it in the location that the game is installed to.
