Cuff the legs on the pants, and/or try to wear a shirt cool shirt under your button-up (mine is black and white stripes). Experimenting with your hair can help. Also, most all boys schools don't have a makeup code, and a little foundation and eyebrow care will most likely add to the look. Just make sure to match the makeup colors to your skin or else it may look unnatural.
