No, but you can use the "HotSpot IP Address" exploit. This is a method where you use a hotspot with the Nintendo Wi-Fi services that are built into the game and can obtain every Mystery Gift event in different order. Currently without much time into research I'm not sure if you can use this glitch with later games, but I do know for sure this works in Pokemon PLAT/DIAM/PEARL since I've already obtained the Member Card and the Azure Flute from this method.

How can I change the date on my 2DS, and if so, what date is it for the event to get Darkai and Cresselia?

Basically, to change the date, you click on the settings icon at the bottom of the screen where it shows the options for your cartridge, download play, GBA pak, and the DS service Pictochat. There should be a wrench. Click on it, go to date settings, and change the time to whatever is appropriate. However, time cheats very rarely work in Pokemon games, especially because of the fact that Nintendo WFC has been disabled, so you can't receive mystery gifts anymore, like the Member Card needed to get Darkrai.

How do you obtain Darkrai using the void glitch?

You have to do the following (but sadly you cannot do this in platinum, only Diamond and Pearl works with this glitch): Have a bike, have the Pal pad, have a Pokemon with fly/teleport, have used the Explorer kit already and have entered contest hall already. Do the slow bike tweak glitch, go to Jubilife City and go near the old man. You have to do this quickly with a bike, the game mapping runs on load lines on 32 by 32 tiles and the game can only load 4 tiles. If you do this correctly, go west and see if there's a black tile, Let's say you reached the place where the old man is, go east 5 steps, go south once, go north once, then 5 steps west, do it quickly or it will not work.
