    Expert Answer
Eating healthy is really important, but I'm not in favor of diets. Most of them just give you short-term results, and the majority of people end up back where they started. I think it's better to analyze what you eat and come up with a plan that helps you eat healthier and stay fit while also enjoying your life.

  • Question
I want to be fit, but I can't manage with the time. What should I do? And another question-what exercises should I perform to get a good posture?
    Lachlann
    Community Answer
Becoming fit doesn't mean hours at the gym. It can be as little as 20 minutes a day to improve your cardiovascular system and eating the right amounts of food. You won't become fit if you don't eat right. As for good posture, try gymnastics and soccer.
  • Question
How can I get fit if I am shy exercising and can't afford to eat healthy?

Take long walks and do exercises like push ups, sit ups, squats, etc. in your home. You may not be able to afford organic produce, but you can afford to eat better; you just have to make better choices. Buy chicken in bulk to keep in your freezer, and stock up on things like canned beans and frozen veggies when they're on sale. You can do it.
