  • Question
What should I do when I'm in a social gathering and the color starts to fade? I really don't want to go with bare lips for the rest of the party but I don't want to embarrass myself, what should I do?
    Community Answer
If you use Kool-Aid or a strawberry, bring some to the party in a plastic storage bag in your handbag. Then, you can retouch as needed during the party. Or you might want to pack a lipstick just in case the color starts to fade. You could retouch your lipstick throughout the gathering.

If you'll eat, for instance pomegranate regularly, will your lips stain somehow overtime?
    Lia Hamilton
    Community Answer
No your lips won't stay stained just by eating something. But beet juice is awesome as a lip stain! It also helps to keep your lips soft and healthy. just clean a beet, juice it in a juicer or a blender, add a few drops of lemon juice. Then just apply it on your lips and wait a few minutes for it to stain and you can do that until you get the shade you want!
  • Question
If I use honey and lemon on my lips how long do I need to keep it on? And for how long do I need to do it?
    Community Answer
Do not keep it on for more than 10 minutes. The skin on your lips is very sensitive and the lemon will most likely irritate it. Only do it once a week.
