Since B vitamins are water soluble, they do not stay in your system for a long time, so you would need to take it twice daily, or look for a time-released version of the vitamin. Another option is to take it in the evening or at bedtime if you are concerned about being bitten while you sleep.

    Eat garlic, avoid any sort of perfumes. Sometimes, unfortunately, certain people have a natural aroma that attracts more mosquitoes than the normal joe. Wear longer clothing over the trouble spots. Also, you can try to treat itchy bites by rubbing a dry bar of soap over them.
