Caulk all openings, clean areas and place bait traps down, Place boric acid into their hiding spaces (powder form will eat away at their exterior and kill them). Place gel in high traffic areas and clean up dead bugs (they will eat other dead bugs) their main source of food eating your crumbs and having a water source once that is cut out they will try to hide so that's where all the other traps come in. They will then die off.
