You can find her work on her Instagram account @superflynails.You can, but I wouldn't really recommend it. The clear coat actually serves a protective function as well, and you're much more likely to chip your nail polish if you don't put the top coat on.

QuestionI love nail polish a lot, but the problem is my nails are too weak. I use Eveline, which helps me but not for long; after a while they're back to weak again. What can I do?Cecilia FloresTop AnswererUse a hardening base coat under your polish for several months (after those few months, start using a peel-off base coat so you won't have to use nail polish remover) for a boost of hardness, but you have to use nail oil (either a product marketed as a nail oil or 100% pure jojoba oil) every morning and at night so your nails will flex without breaking. Don't bleach or buff your nails; it weakens them and takes off natural layers.
-

QuestionHow do I keep my nails and cuticles looking shiny and healthy?Community AnswerAlways keep you nails moisturized. To grow strong, long, shiny nails, use castor oil or coconut oil. When filing you nails, always file in one direction. And don't over-do your cuticles when pushing them back. It's better to have them there than to not have them at all.
-
QuestionWhat about the skin on the side of the nails I tend to bite off? How should I treat this?Community AnswerYou can treat this by actually preventing it from happening in the first place. Use a nail oil, cuticle oil/butter, chapstick or Vaseline on your cuticles to moisturize them, so you won't get dead skin or hangnails. If you do have a hangnail, moisturize your cuticles, then take a cuticle clipper or a nail clipper and gently clip off the extra skin.
