  • Question
What if I hate my job, the people at my job and the rules at my job do not allow me to be happy at all?
    Community Answer
The answer depends on why you hate it. Always reminding yourself how privileged you are to even have a job helps you to be grateful, and therefore happy. Being the sunshine in the office is hard, but it's helping both others around you, and you yourself more than you know. Maybe what you're hating is having to abide by rules, and that is pretty trivial and is not a problem with your work, or people, but you yourself. If your work truly is a terrible place, find another job, resign respectfully, and leave.
