  • Question
I’m 12 and I got my nose ring but they aren’t allowed at my school and I can’t remove it for a month or so or it will close up, and I’m not sure what I should do?
    CLARISSA SWEETLAND
    Community Answer
If your school has a policy against nose ring jewelry, try going to school with it and if you get in trouble, explain to them why you can't take it off. It's too late now to do anything about it, but explain to them that after a month, you'll be able to take it off and only wear it when you aren't in school. Covering it with a BandAid might be one solution they accept.

    Top Answerer
You can insert a retainer into your nose piercing after 2 weeks. But, it will be always good to avoid retainers until your piercing is completely healed. If you can, wait for at least 4 weeks after getting pierced. For more specific and tailored advice, you should speak to your piercer as they are more likely to be able to provide a personal assessment of your piercing.
  • Question
How do I hide a nose piercing the same day I get it?
    Mc Donalds
    Community Answer
You could use a retainer, or makeup. Retainers just look like pimples. Don’t let people try playing with the “pimple”, like kids, because it can fall off. And try not to play with it yourself!
