For newer versions of Windows, all that you have to do is double-click on the virtual CD-ROM drive in the Finder, then choose "Mount." After running the installation, it should be good to go.

If I use PS2 CD games and convert the file on it to ISO using imgburn, can I install it to PC like PC game exe?

No. The ISO would just be a PS2 disc condensed down to a file to your computer. Windows cannot run PS2 (or any game console for that matter) executables. You can however download a PS2 Emulator, which can run PS2 ISOs.
