It depends on the topic of your speech! You might start with a meditation or relaxation exercise by saying "Close your eyes and think of..." or "I want you to relax your toes and relax your feet..." You could also have your audience members stand up, stretch, move around, and/or repeat some affirmations.

Ideally someone will have introduced you. If not, state your name and one other piece of generic personal info and then thank everyone and begin. If you have more to say, either try to weave it into the presentation or tack it on at the end. Don't talk too much about yourself, though.
