If you want maximum volume, you have to blow dry on the opposite way that you want the hair to fall. For instance, if you want volume when you push your hair back, you'd blow dry it forward toward your face. That will lift the root more.

  • Question
What if I want to get my hair to stick up, without any products whatsoever, and I don't have a round brush etc.?
    Community Answer
You don't need a round brush specifically. Any brush should work well. You will need a hair product for high hold though. You can you use water for some hold and if you don't have gel, aloe vera and Vaseline will work as gel.
