You could definitely get sued if you're making a profit from other people's music, i.e. selling a mix CD on eBay. You should be fine uploading to YouTube, but you should link to the original songs in the description.

My car's CD player lists and plays the songs in my CD mix in alphabetical order, and wont play them in the original order, as they are on the disc. How can I overcome this?
