Am I supposed to put my tongue up? I can't do the noise - I don't understand this! Can you please clarify?

It takes some time to get it. All you have to do is quietly say HOINK. After a few times of saying HOINK, flick your cheek while saying HOINK quietly and make your tongue touch the bottom of your bottom teeth as you flicked.
