Unfortunately, most built-in television speakers are low quality. A soundbar is the simplest way to get good audio for your TV. If the audio has become worse or static-y since you bought the TV, try replacing the RCA or HDMI cable.

One way to wire four identical speakers together is a combination series/parallel system. Connect the - terminal on speaker A and the + terminal on speaker B. Connect the - terminal on speaker C to the + terminal on speaker D. Now connect the + amp terminal to the + terminals on A and C, and the - amp terminal to the - terminals on B and D. With this setup, the total impedance load on the amp is the same as the impedance of a single speaker.

I have an existing sub connected to a single channel amp. I want to add another single channel amp to a different sub. In all I'll have two subs with an amp designated to each sub. Will I have to run whole new set of wires to install the second amp and sub?

The two amps can share a power cable, but you may need to upgrade to a larger diameter. The ground wires can be separate or lead to one distribution box. One 12V relay attached to the head unit can power the remote wires for both amps. Finally, the RCA cables for your second amp can attach to an unused preamp outlet in your head unit, or to a "passthrough" RCA output on your first amp. If neither is available, install a Y-splitter to split the voltage from one preamp outlet between the two amps.
