Whichever chords you play on the piano, it needs to be inverted into a bassline. An example would be if we use the C major chord on my right hand without bassline, I would play C, E and G. With a bassline, I would play E on my left hand and C and G on my right. Same with all the other chords (I believe).

.You can't. Piano only has letters A-G, because octaves are only eight notes apart.
  • Question
How do I combine the bass line with chords?

You need to stretch your hands a lot. It takes lots of time and skill, so its okay to not get it at first. You just need to play the chords and move your other fingers to make a bass line.
