    Many games come with an element of risk, and some accidents aren't anybody's "fault." If you fear that you'll injure yourself using oil, then omit that element.

    Oiling the mats would probably make for dangerous gameplay, so it's safest to just oil up the players. Even then, Oily Twister is a bit of a hazard.

    Before gameplay, all players must agree to the same rules. If all players are comfortable, you might introduce touching into the game. If anyone is uncomfortable touching or being touched, whether they're naked or not, respect those boundaries.

    No. This is the more graphic and adult version of Twister. However, you can still play the family version.
