It depends how nice the frame is. If there are multiple scratches then it would not be worth much but with very little scratches and of high quality, you might be able to make decent money from it.

I just bought a chair that was originally $4,000. The furniture store was going out of business (retiring). I got a good deal, but now I wish I hadn't spent the money. What do I do now?

The best thing to do now is to put it in storage, or if you have space at home, put it in your home and use it until you find a buyer. You only need one buyer, after all. Of course, the cost of storage will be deducted from your profit margin.
