I have tried many many times but I can't speak English. I can write but can't speak it. It seems to be awkward to me. Any suggestions?

Try watching English movies and copying what they are saying and how they are saying it. It helps your mouth get used to how to say the words. You can also practice talking to people who speak English. Let them know that you are trying to learn English (since you can write, you can write this down to tell them) and have them help you answer normal, every day responses.
