    It's not going to be in there. Look to the left in the window and you'll see installed updates; search for the Explorer program, then you can uninstall from there.

    If IE does not appear on Windows features, that means you do not have it installed. You can always reinstall it by searching for "Turn Windows features on or off" and checking "Internet Explorer 11."

    Right-click on the folder, then click Properties, go to the Security tab, then hit Advanced, click the Change with the Administrator icon, type your username, tick the Checkbox with the "Replace owner with subcontainers and objects" text and the "Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object" text. Also click "Enable Inheritance", then edit the "Users (user-PC/users), now tick the checkbox that says "Full Control" then hit OK.

    Create a separate account for your child to use, that does not have "Administrator" privileges. He will be unable to install new programs or re-enable features.

    Try going to the Storage page in Settings looks for the app labeled Internet Browser and hit Options and then hit Uninstall.
