Jigglypuff should be pretty easy for defeating, being weak in battles; try a heavy hitter like Bowser to get it done faster. However, for Wolf, try someone you're really good as. Wolf is slow but is a good hitter, so try some fast characters like Sonic. Sonic, if you've completed Subspace Emissary, should be of open access for you. If not, try a fast character, or as listed above, a character you're good with.
