How can I delete a test web page?

Delete the source file from your preloaded FTP. If that doesn't work, then go to system 32 and move to the FTP file folder and search for the file you want to delete. Try to change the file type and then upload it. This will crash your older web page and you will get rid of it

You may want to create a sitemap of your website. A sitemap is a XML file that contains all the URLs of your website. This helps Google to crawl the Internet easily and index websites. Once you create a sitemap, upload it to your hosting directory. Log-in to your Google Search Console account and verify ownership of your website over there. Once you verify it, submit your XML sitemap and Google shall start indexing your website and users will find it via searching.
